Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GlowAI (glowai.dev and app.glowai.dev), operated by DBlock Entertainment LLC, doing business as GlobalHub Development / GlowAI ("we", "us").

1. The service

GlowAI provides photo enhancement and relighting tools. Some features run in your browser. AI features send your image to our servers and to Google Gemini to produce the result.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login private, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission only to process them to deliver the service. You confirm you have the right to upload them. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content that exploits or harms minors, or sexually explicit content. Do not upload images of people without their permission. Do not misuse the service, resell access, or try to break or overload it.

5. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the billing period. Credits are used by AI features and do not carry cash value. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

6. Availability

GlowAI is in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
