We want you to be happy with GlowAI. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that were already used are not refundable, unless a technical fault on our side caused the credits to be spent without a result.

Email hello@glowai.dev from your account email with your order details. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy support from your receipt.
