DBlock Entertainment LLC, doing business as GlobalHub Development / GlowAI, runs GlowAI. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, display name and optional profile photo.
- Photos you upload and the results we generate, stored privately in your projects.
- Usage data such as credit balance, plan and download history.
- Billing data is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not see or store your card number.
How we use it
To run your account, process your photos, handle billing, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell your data and do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes it
- Supabase: authentication, database and file storage.
- Google Gemini: only when you use AI remastering, your image is sent to produce the result.
- Lemon Squeezy: payments, tax and receipts.
- Cloudflare: network security and delivery.
Retention and deletion
You can set media to auto-delete after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, delete files yourself, or delete your account from the Account page. Email hello@glowai.dev for any deletion or data request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your files is limited to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us if you see a problem. We publish a security contact process in our repository.
